BSSO 2007
The pre-conference course by Vincent Kokich on wednesday november 28th marked the starting point of a magnificent meeting in Haarlem. Over 120 participants followed his excellent course on “Interdisciplinary Orthodontics” with emphasis on the implementation of realistic treatment goals towards idealistic treatment goals in adults. The following two days over 300 participants, most of them orthodontists and maxillo facial surgeons from 20 different countries in the world occupied the seats in the splendid “Kleine Zaal” of the “Philharmonie” right in the city centre of Haarlem. They enjoyed a variety of 22 presentations by renowned lecturers, which were well received.
The business-exhibition in the beautiful lobby was the location for the coffee and tea breaks as well as the lunches. The course dinner location on thursday evening was a well kept secret right until the start: the stage of the Grand Hall of the Philharmonie was transformed into a banquet-hall for one night. Saturday december 1st G. William Arnett conducted the well visited post-conference course. The participants were taught on “Orthodontics and Orthognathic Surgery” especially on the Concepts in Excellence in a very interesting and fascinating manner.
After a grand opening on Wednesday, a grand finale on Saturday marked the end of a magnificent meeting.
